Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and Canada.

For all regions, available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, parcel lockers or freight forwarders.

Processing times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time are usually dispatched the next working day.

During peak periods, product launches or promotional moments, processing may take a little longer, we’ll keep you informed if your order is affected.

Standard delivery: £5.99
Free standard delivery on orders of £60 and above

European Union
Standard delivery: £9 / local currency equivalent
Free standard delivery on orders of £100 / local currency equivalent and above

United States & Canada
Standard delivery: £15 / local currency equivalent
Free standard delivery on orders of £120 / local currency equivalent and above

Free delivery thresholds apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before delivery charges.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. Remote areas, customs processing or seasonal carrier delays may require additional time.

Customs, duties & local taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your destination country.

Where possible, any applicable charges will be shown at checkout. If they are not included at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or local authorities before delivery.

Terréa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also view your tracking information in your account under Order History.

Delivery instructions & safe place

You may add a delivery note or safe-place instruction at checkout where the carrier allows it.

Please use this option with care. Terréa is not liable for loss or damage after the carrier confirms delivery to your selected safe place, neighbour or collection point.

Address changes

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at care@terrea.care with your order number.

We’ll do our best to amend the address before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.

Split shipments

To help your order reach you sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.

You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel if your order is split into multiple shipments.

Restricted items

Some Terréa products are liquids or fragrance-based items and may be subject to carrier restrictions in certain regions.

We package all products securely and follow applicable transport requirements. If we are unable to ship a specific item to your location, we will contact you and arrange a refund or suitable solution.

Delays & force majeure

Weather, customs clearance, carrier capacity, public holidays and peak seasons may occasionally cause delays.

If your order is significantly affected, we’ll keep you informed and offer appropriate support.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@terrea.care

Include your order number, photos of the packaging and photos of the item or contents received. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Lost parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 working days for UK or EU orders, or 10 working days for US and Canada orders, please contact us at care@terrea.care

We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Pre-orders & backorders

Orders containing pre-order or backorder items will usually ship once all items are available.

Where split shipping is available, this will be shown at checkout.

Sustainability

We use minimal, considered packaging wherever possible and offer refill formats to help reduce waste.

Please recycle packaging where local facilities exist.
