1. About us
1.1. The Terréa online store at www.terrea.care (the “Website”) is operated in the United Kingdom by Atlantic Link Consulting LTD, trading as Terréa.

1.2. These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern any purchase of Terréa products (the “Products”) made on the Website.
1.3. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the Website or at checkout when you place your order applies to that order.
1.4. These Terms sit alongside and should be read with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery & Returns, Subscription Terms, Terréa Circle & Wallet Terms, Reviews & UGC Policy, and Safety & Ingredients information.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and another policy, these Terms apply to your purchase unless the other policy expressly states otherwise or mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights.
2. Scope & eligibility
2.1. Consumers only.
We sell to individuals for domestic and personal use. Purchasing for resale, commercial use or business use is not permitted.
2.2. Territory.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and Canada.
For the United Kingdom, this includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, parcel lockers or freight forwarders.
2.3. Age & capacity.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to make a purchase on the Website.
2.4. Local restrictions.
Some Products may be unavailable in certain regions due to carrier, customs, safety, fragrance, liquid or transport restrictions. If we cannot ship a Product to your location after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund or suitable alternative where possible.
3. Product information & availability
3.1. We take reasonable care to ensure that Product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, prices and availability are accurate.
3.2. Minor variations may occur, including colour, finish, packaging appearance or fragrance perception due to device displays, production batches or natural variations in ingredients.
3.3. All Products are offered subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and refund the affected item.
3.4. Product information on the Website is provided for domestic use only. Please always read the label, safety information and usage instructions before use.
4. Prices, currency, taxes & charges
4.1. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) or, where available, in a local currency equivalent.
4.2. The final price, including Product price, delivery charges and any taxes or duties we are able to calculate and collect, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
4.3. For UK orders, prices include UK VAT where applicable.
4.4. For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, local taxes, customs duties, import charges or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your destination country.
Where possible, these charges will be shown and collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier, customs authority or local tax authority before or after delivery.
4.5. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for paying any applicable local taxes, import duties or charges not collected at checkout, unless stated otherwise.
4.6. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.
4.7. If we discover a pricing or description error, we will contact you. You may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply Products at an incorrect price.
5. Ordering & contract formation
5.1. To place an order, add Products to your bag, provide delivery and billing details, select your delivery and payment method, review your order and complete checkout.
5.2. Clicking “Place Order”, “Complete Order” or a similar button submits a binding offer to purchase the Products in your order.
5.3. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
5.4. A contract is formed when we send you an acceptance or dispatch confirmation email, or when we dispatch the Products if, due to a processing issue, no separate dispatch email is sent.
5.5. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, stock unavailability, pricing errors, breach of these Terms, delivery restrictions or suspected resale activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
6. Payment
6.1. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major debit or credit cards and selected third-party payment services.
6.2. Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them before using their services.
6.3. By completing checkout, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the order total.
6.4. Legal title to the Products passes to you when we receive full payment.
6.5. Risk passes on delivery in accordance with section 9.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.
7.2. Our standard delivery rates are:

Standard delivery: £5.99
Free standard delivery on orders of £60 and above
European Union
Standard delivery: £9 / local currency equivalent
Free standard delivery on orders of £100 / local currency equivalent and above
United States & Canada
Standard delivery: £15 / local currency equivalent
Free standard delivery on orders of £120 / local currency equivalent and above
7.3. Free delivery thresholds apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before delivery charges, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7.4. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Public holidays, customs processing, remote locations, weather, carrier capacity and peak seasons may cause delays.
7.5. We will keep you informed if delivery is significantly delayed and offer appropriate options where required by applicable law.
7.6. If we cannot ship your order within the estimated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated timeframe or, where required, offer cancellation and refund options.
7.7. If you provide a safe-place, neighbour or collection-point instruction, risk passes when the carrier follows that instruction.
7.8. If you arrange onward shipment from the original delivery address to another destination, risk passes to you when the Products are delivered to the original address provided at checkout.
8. Inspection on delivery
8.1. Please check your parcel promptly on receipt.
8.2. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at care@terrea.care with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the parcel, packaging and Products where possible.
8.3. Prompt notice helps us resolve the issue quickly, but nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
9. Ownership & risk
9.1. Ownership of the Products transfers to you when we receive full payment.
9.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to your address, or in accordance with any safe-place, neighbour or collection-point instruction you give.

10. Cancellation and returns
10.1. UK and EU customers.
For most online purchases, customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after delivery.
To cancel, you must notify us before the 14-day period ends.
10.2. After cancelling, you must send the Products back within 14 days.
10.3. Unless we state otherwise, you pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of return.
10.4. For UK and EU customers exercising statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the Product price and the standard outbound delivery charge, if paid, within 14 days of receiving the Products back or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier.
10.5. If you chose a premium delivery method, we refund only the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.
10.6. US and Canadian customers.
For customers in the United States and Canada, we offer a voluntary 14-day return period for eligible Products, starting the day after delivery, unless local law provides additional rights.
For eligible change-of-mind returns from the United States or Canada, we refund the Product price. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law or unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
10.7. Please handle Products only as necessary to check their nature, characteristics and condition. We may reduce the refund if Products show unnecessary handling, use, damage or missing components, where permitted by law.
10.8. Hygiene-sealed goods exception.
For reasons of health, hygiene and safety, sealed goods that are not suitable for return — including sealed cleaning liquids, sprays and fragrance-based Products — are non-returnable once unsealed after delivery, unless faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
10.9. Returns cannot be made in store. All online returns must follow the instructions we provide by email.
10.10. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please follow that retailer’s returns policy.
11. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
11.1. If a Product is faulty, damaged in transit, incomplete or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at care@terrea.care with your order number and a description of the issue.
11.2. We may ask for photos of the Product, packaging and parcel to help us assess the issue.
11.3. Where appropriate, we will provide a prepaid return method, replacement, refund or other remedy.
11.4. For UK customers, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to these Terms.
11.5. For EU customers, your statutory consumer rights, including applicable legal guarantee rights, remain unaffected.
11.6. For US and Canadian customers, your rights under applicable federal, state, provincial or territorial consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
12. Promotions, Terréa Circle & Wallet
12.3. Terréa Circle & Wallet.
Terréa Circle is our rewards and referrals programme. Terréa Wallet is promotional credit we may add to your account from eligible activities, such as referrals or subscriptions.
12.4. Wallet credit is not cash, e-money or a gift card. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash or redeemed outside the Website.
12.5. Wallet credit may be used to cover up to 50% of an eligible order total at checkout, subject to the Terréa Circle & Wallet Terms.
12.6. Wallet credit normally expires 6 months after issue unless stated otherwise.
12.7. If you return items purchased partly with Wallet, the Wallet portion may be restored to your account, subject to its original expiry date, and any cash portion will be refunded to your original payment method.
12.8. We may adjust, suspend or revoke Wallet balances in cases of error, suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraud, returns or chargebacks.
12.9. Referral rewards, Welcome Referral Bonus and ongoing Team Motivation Bonus are governed by the Terréa Circle & Wallet Terms.
12.10. Credits are normally issued only after the return period on the qualifying order has ended and may be reversed in cases of returns, chargebacks or suspected abuse.
13. Subscriptions
13.1. If you purchase on subscription, our Subscription Terms apply.
13.2. Subscription purchases may renew automatically according to the frequency selected at checkout.
13.3. We will provide subscription information, renewal reminders, cancellation options and reward information in accordance with applicable law.
13.4. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription in Account → Subscriptions, or by emailing care@terrea.care
13.5. Returns and cancellations for subscription deliveries follow these Terms, our Delivery & Returns policy and our Subscription Terms.
14. Product use, safety and restricted items
14.1. Terréa Products are designed for domestic and personal use only.
14.2. Please use Products only as directed and always read the label, warnings and safety information before use.
14.3. Keep Products away from children and pets unless the label states otherwise.
14.4. Some Products, including certain liquids, sprays and fragrance-based Products, may be classed as restricted or hazardous for transport.
14.5. Do not return restricted Products using unapproved postal or courier services. We will advise the appropriate return method where needed.
14.6. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, storage contrary to instructions, use outside the intended purpose or failure to follow Product directions.
15. Intellectual property
15.1. All trademarks, designs, logos, images, text, product names, packaging, fragrance descriptions and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Atlantic Link Consulting LTD.
15.2. You must not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

16. Reviews and user-generated content
16.1. If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments or other user-generated content, our Reviews & UGC Policy and Website Terms of Use apply.
16.2. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain misleading, unlawful, offensive, unsafe or third-party-infringing content.
16.3. We may moderate, reject or remove content in accordance with our Reviews & UGC Policy.
17. Liability
17.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
17.2. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
17.3. We supply Products for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of goodwill or loss of data.
17.4. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or mandatory consumer protections in your country, state, province or territory of residence.
18. Events beyond our control
18.1. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
18.2. Such events may include extreme weather, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, technical failures, supplier disruption, carrier issues, public health events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, changes in law or government action.
18.3. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of any such event and keep you informed where your order is affected.
19. Privacy, cookies and marketing communications
19.1. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
19.2. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, the lawful bases where applicable, how long we keep it, your rights and how to contact us.
19.3. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your preferences through our cookie settings tool.
19.4. If you opt in to receive marketing, we will send you communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
20. Complaints and dispute resolution
20.1. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at care@terrea.care. We will try to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.
20.2. For UK customers, if we cannot resolve your complaint, we will provide details of an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body where required by law and tell you whether we agree to use it.
20.3. For EU customers, you may have access to national consumer protection bodies or consumer redress options in your country of residence.
20.4. For US and Canadian customers, you may have rights or complaint options under applicable state, provincial, territorial or federal consumer protection laws.
20.5. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
21. E-commerce information
21.1. We provide information required by applicable ecommerce and consumer protection laws, including our identity, contact details, pricing, delivery charges, ordering steps and correction options, within these Terms, the Website Terms of Use, product pages and checkout journey.
21.2. Before placing an order, you will have the opportunity to review your order details and correct errors.
22. Changes to these Terms
22.1. We may update these Terms from time to time.
22.2. The version posted on the Website or displayed at checkout at the time of your order applies to that order.
22.3. We will not change the Terms for an order we have already accepted, unless required by law or unless the change is clearly beneficial to you.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
23.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
23.2. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
23.3. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
23.4. If you live in the European Union, United States or Canada, mandatory consumer protections of your country, state, province or territory of residence continue to apply, and you may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where required by applicable law.
