Dans la mesure du possible, nous avons tendance à utiliser des parfums qui ne contiennent pas d'allergènes et qui devraient donc poser moins de problèmes. Lorsqu'un parfum est présent dans l'un de nos produits, il est indiqué dans la liste des ingrédients comme PARFUM ou FRAGRANCE.
Y a-t-il du talc dans vos produits ?
Les minéraux utilisés pour produire le talc peuvent contenir de l'amiante, ce qui explique les préoccupations légitimes concernant ses effets potentiels sur notre santé. Le talc utilisé dans nos produits ENZYME CLEANSER, BABY BUM CREAM et CLARIFYING SPOT TREATMENTS teintés n'est PAS composé de minéraux contenant de l'amiante et n'est donc pas cancérigène et est parfaitement sûr. Le talc que nous utilisons est périodiquement et systématiquement examiné par des laboratoires indépendants.
Quelle est la durée de conservation de mon produit ?
Tous les produits de beauté doivent être utilisés dans un certain délai. C'est ce qu'on appelle la « période après ouverture » et elle est facilement identifiable grâce au symbole PAO. Le symbole est représenté par un pot ouvert, et contient un chiffre ; 9M indiquera 9 mois, 12M 12 mois, et 36M 36 mois. Une fois ouvert, le produit doit être utilisé dans ce délai, car après cette période, la qualité du produit se détériorera.
