Delivery options & prices

Available delivery methods and costs are visible at checkout. You will see these details confirmed in your order email for your convenience. From time to time, we offer free Standard Delivery. If this is active, you will clearly see the option when you reach the checkout page. Please check our shipping page for updates on current offers. Dispatch & parcel monitoring

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we send a confirmation email. This includes a link for your delivery tracking, so you can see your parcel's progress. While we use various reliable carriers, we currently do not use individual services like royal mail tracking or yodel tracking for domestic shipments. Our goal is to keep things simple. You will not need to manage complex portals like dhl tracking, evri tracking, or ups tracking for your Terréa orders. We streamline this process to save you unnecessary effort and time.

How long it takes

Estimates are in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed and offer you appropriate options. We focus on logistics efficiency. We are a home care brand, not a service like ubereats or a simple provider offering a takeaway near me experience. We take pride in our curated delivery standards. Our team works hard to meet all target arrival dates. Reliability is built into our core operational values for every single package dispatched.

Safe place or neighbour

Prefer a discreet drop-off? You can ask the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor at your own discretion and risk. Risk passes to you once the carrier follows your specific instructions. We recommend choosing a secure location to ensure your items remain protected. Proper planning helps maintain the integrity of your order. A secure, designated spot ensures your delivery remains safe until you arrive home to collect it.

Missed a delivery?

Carriers usually attempt delivery again or hold your parcel at a local depot. They use their own internal systems to log these attempts. If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we refund the product price, minus any delivery charges incurred by us. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout. Multiple parcels

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You will receive separate updates for each individual package in your shipment.
