Where we deliver

We ship across the United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses or parcel lockers.

Delivery options & prices

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email. From time to time, we may offer free Standard Delivery, if available, you’ll see it at checkout.

Dispatch & tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email your dispatch confirmation with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel in real time.

How long it takes

Delivery estimates are in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). If a delay occurs, we’ll keep you informed and offer appropriate options.

Safe place or neighbour

Prefer a discreet drop-off? If you ask the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, risk passes once they follow that instruction.

Missed a delivery?

Carriers usually attempt delivery again or hold your parcel at a local depot/collection point. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or it wasn’t collected), we’ll refund the product price (less any delivery charge, unless required otherwise by law). Please double-check your address at checkout.

Multiple parcels

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You’ll receive separate tracking for each. Delivery is charged once per order, as shown at checkout.

Ownership & risk

Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment; risk passes on delivery (or as per any safe-place instruction). For full details, see our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
