Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 14:00 UK time dispatch the same day where possible; orders placed after this time dispatch the next working day.
Delivery options & rates
- Standard - 2–4 working days via Royal Mail: £5.99
- Free delivery — orders £40 and above (Standard)
Times are estimates from dispatch. Remote areas may require an extra working day.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also view tracking in your account under Order History.
Delivery instructions & safe place
You may add a safe-place note at checkout. Use at your discretion — Terréa is not liable for loss or damage after the carrier confirms delivery to your safe place.
Address changes
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at care@terrea.care with your order number. We’ll do our best to amend it before dispatch; once shipped, changes are not guaranteed.
Split shipments
To deliver sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra charge. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Restricted items
Our products are liquids and may be subject to carrier restrictions. We package them securely and comply with UK/EU transport rules. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Delays & force majeure
Weather, carrier capacity and peak seasons can cause delays. We’ll keep you informed if your order is affected.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@terrea.care with photos of the packaging and contents, plus your order number. We’ll put it right.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days (Standard) or 3 working days (Express), contact us - we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Pre-orders & backorders
Orders containing pre-order or backorder items ship when all items are available unless you choose split shipping at checkout (where offered).
Sustainability
We use minimal, recyclable packaging and offer refills to reduce waste. Please recycle where facilities exist.
