2. Scope & eligibility

2.1. Consumers only. We sell to individuals for domestic/personal use. Purchasing for resale or business use is not permitted.
2.2. Territory. Delivery is currently offered within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO, parcel lockers or freight forwarders.
2.3. Age & capacity. You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Product information & availability

3.1. We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, images, sizes and prices are accurate. Minor variations (e.g., colour/finish due to device displays) may occur.
3.2. Availability. All Products are offered subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and refund the affected item.

4. Prices, currency, taxes & charges

4.1. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. The final price (including any delivery charges) is shown at checkout.
4.2. Errors. If we discover a pricing/description error, we will contact you. You may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply at an incorrect price.
4.3. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

5. Ordering & contract formation

5.1. Steps. Add items to your bag, provide delivery/billing details, select a delivery and payment method, review and place your order.
5.2. Your offer. Clicking “Place/Complete Order” submits a binding offer to purchase.
5.3. Acknowledgement vs acceptance. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. A contract is formed when we send an acceptance/dispatch confirmation email (or when we dispatch the Products if, due to a processing issue, no dispatch email is sent).
5.4. We may refuse/cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, unresolved payment issues, or stock unavailability).

6. Payment

6.1. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major debit/credit cards and selected third-party payment services). Third-party providers may have their own terms.
6.2. By completing checkout you authorise us (or our processor) to charge your chosen method for the order total.
6.3. Title & risk. Legal title passes when we receive full payment (see also §9). Risk passes on delivery to your address or as per any safe-place instruction you give (see §7).

7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email.
7.2. We will keep you informed if delivery is significantly delayed and offer appropriate options.
7.3. If you arrange onward shipment outside the UK, risk passes to you on delivery to your UK address.

8. Inspection on delivery
Please check your parcel on receipt and tell us promptly about any issues so we can assist.

9. Ownership & risk
9.1. Ownership/title to Products transfers to you on our receipt of full payment.
9.2. Risk of loss/damage passes on delivery in accordance with §7.3.

10. Your right to cancel (distance-selling cooling-off)
10.1. For most goods you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel without giving any reason. To cancel, notify us (email is fine) before the 14-day period ends.
10.2. After cancelling, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Unless we state otherwise, you pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of return.
10.3. Please handle items only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as in a shop). We may deduct any diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.
10.4. We will refund the Product price and the standard outbound delivery charge (if paid) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method. If you chose a premium delivery method, we refund only the cost of the least expensive standard option.
10.5. Hygiene-sealed goods exception. For reasons of health protection or hygiene, sealed goods not suitable for return (e.g., cleaning liquids/sprays that have been sealed) are non-returnable once unsealed after delivery, unless faulty.

Returns cannot be made “in store”. All online returns must follow the instructions we provide by email.

11. Faulty or misdescribed goods - your statutory rights
11.1. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to the above. You have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund; after 30 days, we’ll repair or replace first, and if that fails or is not possible within a reasonable time, you may seek a price reduction or final right to reject. Within the first six months, a fault is presumed to have been present at delivery unless we prove otherwise.
11.2. To exercise these rights, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.

12. Promotions, Terréa Circle & Wallet (summary)

12.1. One-time purchase discounts. From time to time we may offer tiered savings on single orders (e.g., 5% at £149+, 10% at £299+, 15% at £499+). Unless stated otherwise, discounts are not stackable and do not apply to delivery charges. If you return part of an order, any percentage discount is apportioned pro-rata across items and your refund reflects the adjusted price.
12.2. Terréa Circle & Wallet (summary). Terréa Circle is our rewards and referrals programme. Wallet is promotional credit we may add to your account from eligible activities (for example, referrals or subscriptions). Wallet is not cash, e-money or a gift card, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and may be used to cover up to 50% of an order total at checkout. IT MAY BE USED FOR ONE TIME ORDER ONLY. Wallet normally expires 6 months after issue. If you return items purchased partly with Wallet, the Wallet portion is restored (original expiry applies) and any cash portion is refunded to your original payment method. We may adjust, suspend or revoke Wallet balances in cases of error, suspected abuse or fraud. Full rules are set out in the Terréa Circle & Wallet Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
12.3. Referrals & ongoing bonuses. Referral rewards (including any “Welcome Referral Bonus” and subsequent order bonuses) are governed by the Terréa Circle & Wallet Terms. Credits are normally issued only after the return period on the qualifying order has ended and may be reversed in cases of returns, chargebacks or suspected abuse.
12.4. Subscriptions. If you purchase on subscription, the Subscription Terms (UK) apply (including information on renewal reminders, cancellation and Subscription Rewards accrual).

13. Intellectual property

All trademarks, designs, images, text and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Atlantic Link Consulting LTD. You must not use them without our prior written consent. See also our Website Terms of Use.

14. Liability
14.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
14.2. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
14.3. We supply Products for domestic and private use only and have no liability for business losses (e.g., loss of profit, business or data).
14.4. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights (see §11).

15. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, transport disruption). We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed.

16. Complaints & alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
16.1. Complaints. Please contact care@terrea.care and we will try to resolve your complaint quickly.
16.2. ADR information (UK). If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will provide you, on a durable medium (e.g., email), the details of an ADR entity that could handle the complaint and tell you whether we agree to use ADR. (We are not obliged to use ADR unless required by law.)
16.3. Online dispute resolution for EU customers. If/when we sell to EU customers, relevant country pages may include information about the EU ODR platform.

17. Privacy, cookies & marketing communications
17.1. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, why, the lawful bases, retention, your rights and how to contact us or the ICO.
17.2. We use cookies and similar technologies as set out in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your preferences at any time via our consent tool (link in the footer).
17.3. If you opt in to receive marketing, we will send you communications in line with our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time (e.g., via the link in each email).

18. E-commerce information

We provide the information required by UK e-commerce law (e.g., our identity and contact details, pricing, the steps to place an order and how to correct input errors) within these Terms and in our Website Terms of Use and checkout journey.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order. We will not change the Terms for an order already accepted.

20. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts. Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence continue to apply.
