Keep the bottle. Refill the quiet floor.

The Floor Delicate Cleaner refill is the same no-rinse floor cleaner in a 1000 ml pouch. Pour it into the bottle you already have and carry on: 50 ml in 5 litres of warm water, mop, let the floor dry, with a trace of patchouli, guaiacwood and amber left in the room. A refillable routine, one pouch at a time.

  • The same formula as the Floor Delicate Cleaner bottle
  • A pouch uses less packaging than a new bottle
  • Fits Terréa bottles, so you keep the one you have
  • 1000 ml, about 20 buckets at 50 ml each

How to refill

Open the empty bottle and pour slowly from the pouch. Close it, and note the date and batch number on the bottle. Then as before: 50 ml in 5 litres of warm water for sealed wood, laminate, tile, sealed stone and vinyl; mop, and let the floor dry without rinsing.

Pairs with

The same Floor Delicate Cleaner, measured with the 60 ml silicone measuring cup.

    FAQ

What is Terréa Refill Floor Delicate Cleaner used for?

Terréa Refill Floor Delicate Cleaner is designed to replenish your original Terréa bottle while helping you clean sealed hard floors with a refined everyday finish.
How does the Terréa refill work?

Terréa refill pouches are designed to pair easily with the original bottle, so the product can be poured from one into the other neatly and simply. You keep the bottle, and a pouch uses less packaging than a new one.
Can I use the Terréa Silicone Measuring Cup for refill products?

Not usually. Terréa refill pouches and original bottles are designed for a clean, easy pour, so the product transfers smoothly from one to the other without the need for a measuring cup.
Is this the same floor cleaner as the original bottle?

The refill is designed to give you the same product experience as the original Floor Delicate Cleaner. Simply pour it into the bottle you already have. Refills are lighter than bottles and pack more closely, so more of them travel in each shipping box.
What does no-rinse floor cleaner mean?

A no-rinse floor cleaner is designed to be diluted and used without rinsing afterwards. This makes everyday floor care quicker and more convenient, and the floor is left to dry on its own.
Which floor types can I use Terréa Floor Delicate Cleaner on?

It is suitable for many sealed hard floors used in everyday living spaces. For natural stone, untreated wood, waxed surfaces or other delicate finishes, we recommend testing on a small hidden area first and following the flooring manufacturer’s care guidance.
Can I use Terréa Floor Delicate Cleaner on wooden floors?

It can be used on many sealed wooden floors, but not all wood finishes behave the same way. For oiled, waxed or untreated wood, patch test first and follow the floor manufacturer’s instructions.
Will Terréa Floor Delicate Cleaner leave streaks or residue?

When used in the correct dilution, it is designed to leave floors clean and fresh without the heavy residue that can make floors feel sticky or dull. Using too much product may affect the finish, so it is best to follow the recommended amount.
What does Amber, Guaiac Wood & Patchouli smell like in the home?

It leaves behind a warm, smooth and grounding scent. Amber adds softness, guaiac wood brings a smoky woody depth, and patchouli gives the fragrance a rich, quietly cocooning finish.
Will the Amber, Guaiac Wood & Patchouli scent feel heavy indoors?

No. The fragrance is designed to feel elegant and atmospheric rather than overpowering. It brings warmth and depth to the room and settles as the surface dries.
Can I use Terréa Floor Delicate Cleaner in homes with children and pets?

Terréa products are designed for modern homes and made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients. As with any floor cleaner, keep the bottle out of reach of children and pets and allow the floor to dry fully before heavy contact.
Why choose the refill instead of buying a new bottle each time?

A refill pouch uses less packaging than a new bottle, and the bottle you already have stays in use.
What are the delivery and returns terms for this product?

Terréa delivers across the United Kingdom and to most European countries. Delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout. Most online orders have a 14-day cancellation period from the day after delivery, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Please note that opened sealed liquid products are usually non-returnable unless faulty.
